ARDA is a web platform for RNA 3D structure prediction and analysis.
What is ARDA?
RNA molecules are central to gene regulation, viral replication, and emerging therapeutic strategies. Yet predicting how an RNA sequence folds into its 3D structure remains a major computational challenge. ARDA addresses this gap by combining ERNAWann — a physics-based 3D structure prediction algorithm developed by Erwann Gallois at IBISC — with integrated quality assessment (RNAdvisor2) and secondary structure prediction (DivideFold). The result is a unified platform designed for pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic users who need reliable, reproducible RNA structure analysis at scale.
